The Auchterlonie Suite
In 1999 we acquired a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, flat immediately across the street from the Dunvegan, above the famous Auchterlonie Golf Shop and duly christened it the Auchterlonie Suite. Named in honour of Willie Auchterlonie, the last home based Scot to win the Open Championship until Paul Lawrie won it 106 years later, the Auchterlonie Suite can sleep 6 golfers in comfort while enjoying all the benefits of the Dunvegan's friendly Golfers Corner Lounge Bar, renowned Claret Jug Restaurant and our great location. The Auchterlonie Suite consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms with our well known Power Showers and jacuzzi baths, a large living room and kitchen. For your convenience we have set up Wireless Internet in the Suite, a Computer and Printer are available for Customers to access their emails and to print off Boarding Passes. The suite is decorated to the highest standard and offers guests a quality environment with the same great location as the Dunvegan Hotel - 'only a 9-iron from the Old Course'.
